Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Botwright (the "service"). By creating an account you agree to them.
The service
Botwright lets you build, host and manage Discord bots. You are responsible for the bots you create and for how they behave in the servers they join.
Your account
- Provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity under your account, including activity by teammates you give access to.
- You must be old enough to use Discord under Discord's own terms.
Your content
You keep ownership of the bots, configuration and code you create. You grant us the rights needed to store, run and display them in order to provide the service. Templates you publish to the marketplace are licensed to other users for the purpose of installing and modifying them.
Acceptable use
You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy, Discord's Developer Policy and Discord's Community Guidelines. We may suspend bots or accounts that break these rules or that threaten the stability or security of the service.
AI-generated output
The assistant generates configuration and code from your instructions. Generated output can contain mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing changes before applying and deploying them.
Plans and payment
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. You can cancel at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Limits for each plan are those shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase. If a payment fails, the plan remains active while the payment is retried and then reverts to the free plan, at which point bots beyond the free limits are stopped.
Availability
We work to keep the service and your bots running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Discord outages, rate limits and policy decisions are outside our control.
Termination
You may delete your bots and your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the dashboard before they take effect.
